The course “constructing” reveals every secret of the P3ductal system and will enable you to both construct and install ducts to perfection.

Programme of the course: introduction

• theoretical elements of thermal dynamics and air distribution. Practical applications
  
• Presentation of the P3ductal system, characteristics, technical and economic advantages, comparison with sheet-metal ducts.
  
• Description and use of the equipment, components, accessories and materials of the P3ductal system.
  
• Turbulence and noise in the ducts, constructional and practical tips.
  
• Theoretical notions about duct dimensioning and practical tests.

Programme of the course: practical part

• Straight ducts: technical information about construction
  
• Reductions: plotting and constructional operations
  
• Elbows: plotting elbows and reduced elbows; use of splitters; choice of the inner and outer radius
  
• Special pieces: two-way and three-way branches; tap-ins; diverging junctions.
  
• Construction of the most common ducts
  
• Forum for discussion of the problems related to operation and installation
  
• Information and use of the “P3 General Products Catalogue”
