P3ductal and LEED® certification standard

LEED® (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) is the most used energy and sustainability certification in the world: a series of criteria developed in the Unites States and applied in over 140 countries around the world for the designing, construction and management of sustainable buildings from an environmental, social, economic and health point of view.
A strong standard, on a voluntary basis, open, transparent, in continuous evolution, supported by a vast techno-scientific community and fully recognized on the market.

LEED® V4 certification

The certification of a LEED® building is assisted by a check list, which is divided in PREREQUISITES, that have to be met in order to obtain the certification and CREDITS, which are optional and may be chosen by the designing team and are divided in three thematic areas.
Version 4 of the V4 version of the certification is based on a structure of credits that include nine thematic areas.

Inside the LEED® standard all the innovation and evolutionary steps taken by P3 in these years have come together. The capability of P3 to analyze the week points in the market, the capability to anticipate the trends and transform them in industrial projects represents the foundation on which the company builds its credibility, reliability and quality.
