WHAT CAN I REPORT?
✓ civil, criminal and accounting offences;
✓ offenses relating to public procurement, services, products and financial markets and the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing;
✓ product safety and conformity, transport safety;
✓ environmental protection, radiation protection and nuclear safety;
✓ food and feed safety and animal health and welfare, public health, consumer protection;
✓ protection of privacy and protection of personal data and security of networks and information systems;
✓ acts or omissions that harm the financial interests of the Union, competition and state aid, corporate tax.
WHO WILL BE AWARE OF MY REPORT?
Only the Reporting Manager (the Supervisory Body or the HR Manager if the Supervisory Body is reported) will be aware of the report.
CAN I REPORT ANONYMOUSLY?
Yes, although the ODV will carry out internal checks more easily if it knows the identity of the reporter.
IF I QUALIFY, WHO WILL KNOW MY IDENTITY?
Only the Supervisory Body or, in the case of reporting to the Supervisory Body, the HR Manager. Any other person will be able to know the identity of the reporter only with his/her express consent.
WHAT RESPONSIBILITY DO I HAVE WITH REFERENCE TO WHAT IS REPORTED?
The responsibility to report the truth, without using offensive terms and without reporting facts or circumstances that did not occur in the work context.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A REPLY?
Acknowledgment of receipt will be given within 7 days of reporting. Feedback on the outcome will be given within 3 months of the report.
WHAT IF I DON’T GET ANY FEEDBACK?
You can inform the ANAC by accessing its platform on the institutional website.
WHAT WILL HAPPEN FOLLOWING MY REPORT?
The ODV will carry out investigations and checks in order to ascertain the admissibility and truthfulness of the report and what is reported.
CAN I SUFFER ANY CONSEQUENCES BECAUSE OF MY REPORT?
If the report is made in good faith, not defamatory or slanderous, there may be no retaliation by the Company against the reporter, family and colleagues. In the event of retaliation, the circumstance may be reported to the ANAC.
WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO THE REPORTED SUBJECT?
He or she could be subject to disciplinary proceedings or be held accountable for the violation in civil or criminal proceedings if there are grounds for this.
HOW CAN I REPORT?
The Company, in order to protect the lawfulness, truthfulness and correctness of all the activities carried out, makes available to all people who work in any capacity for and with the Company (including volunteers, interns, subjects in the pre-contractual negotiation phase, probationary subjects, former employees, customers, suppliers, consultants etc):

▪ The Company currently uses the Global Leaks platform, accessible at the following web address: https://wb.p3italy.it
▪ The postal addresses where a report can be sent
The documentation is, however, available at any time on the company website by clicking on the link in the footer or in the space dedicated to “contacts” where you will find the “Whistleblowing” link which takes you back to a page where the methods of compilation and sending are published.
The report, based on precise and consistent factual elements of which one has become aware due to the functions performed, must be completed in the indicated fields and will be sent via the platform:
▪ To the HR Manager in person where the report concerns the ODV;
▪ To the ODV for all other reports
Once you have logged in to the platform, remember to save your ID and password for future access in order to monitor the reporting path in your area.
The report, using the form made available by the company or on plain paper, can also be sent by registered mail to the following addresses:

▪ HR Manager Dr. Luciano Salvò at P3 S.r.l. -Via Salvo D’Acquisto, 5 35010 Villafranca Padovana – Loc. Ronchi – Padua (PD) with the words “Confidential” on the envelope.
Or
▪ By calling the ODV at no. +390497358821 and asking for an in-person or telephone appointment with Alessandro Boschieri;
▪ In person or by telephone to the HR Manager for reports regarding the ODV
If the reporter prefers to remain anonymous, he or she can report:
▪ Not completing the “reporting details” section of the form;
▪ By not signing this form;
▪ Not indicating the sender or using a pseudonym or fictitious name;
▪ By selecting the platform option that allows you not to reveal your identity.
OPERATION OF THE ONLINE GLOBALEAKS PLATFORM
The Company has made available a reporting channel which guarantees, through the use of encryption tools, the confidentiality of the identity of the reporting person, of the person reported and of the content of the report. To report via the platform, go to the company website www.p3italy.i t, access the contact page and click on “send a report”, fill in the fields saving your credentials and report number. A link is also present in the footer of the website.
