The ISO 14001 certification demonstrates that a company or an organization is looking to identify and control its environmental impact and constantly improve their environmental performance. P3 Srl has adopted an Organization, Management and Control Model (M.O.G.) within the Company that conforms to the principles and requirements of Legislative Decree 231/2001 and the Code of Ethics that inspires the constant activity of the Company and of each employee.

On this page, in the download section, are published the “General Principles” of the M.O.G. 231/2001 to which the entire company organization and its employees conform and that have been shared with all its Customers, Consultants and Suppliers.

The control protocols provided have the specific function of ensuring the utmost fairness of conduct in internal and external relations, preventing any non-compliant act or of administrative and/or criminal relevance.

The reference legislation, to which the Code of Ethics and the M.O.G. 231/2001 conform, has its roots in the various International Conventions concerning the prevention and repression of offenses ranging from criminal offenses to corporate and financial crimes, from corruption to market abuse.

The adoption of M.O.G. 231/2001 is in addition to the Legality Rating already given to P3 Srl by the Antitrust Authority (A.G.C.M).

The Competition and Market Authority (AGCM) awarded P3 Srl the maximum Legality Rating (3 stars) certifying that the Company operates according to the principles of legality, transparency and social responsibility.

The Legality Rating is a synthetic indicator of compliance with high standards of legality by the largest companies that have their headquarters in the national territory and turnover exceeding 2 million Euro.

The Legality Rating was created with the aim of recognizing and promoting the adoption of legal, ethical and transparent behaviors by companies and business organizations, as well as the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) the willingness of companies themselves to go beyond legal obligations, improving their positive impact on society and the environment.

P3 has obtained the status of Authorized Economic Operator (A.E.O.) that certifies the reliability of the Company in the performance and completion of customs operations. To obtain the status of A.E.O. it is essential to comply with the following criteria:

• compliance with the customs and tax legislation in force and the absence of offences connected with economic activity;
• possession of an effective system for managing commercial and logistics records and procedures;
• financial solvency;
•  possession of appropriate practical standards of competence;
• Adequate safety standards.

The A.E.O. Customs Authorization attests the reliability and financial soundness of the company as well as its efficiency and strict compliance with the rules of international trade.
